Roles and responsibilities:

1. Prepare and maintain all the documentation for employees including offer letters appointment letters employee correspondence letters etc.
2. Attendance and Leaves Management.
3. End to end Payroll processing of above 500 employees.
4. Sodexo Invoice generation knowledge.
5. Prepare reports for salary reconciliation and analysis.
6. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
7. Liaise with accounts departments/auditors and manage payroll tax audits.
8. Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions.
9. Timely submission of Statutory reports to the compliance consultant.
10. Prepare TDS return file.
11. Assisting employees in PF withdrawal and other related queries.
12. Assisting reporting manager is other daily routine task as and when required.

What he/she should bring to the table:

1. Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field.
2. 2-5 years of relevant experience in payroll administration.
3. Experience in working with payroll vendors.
4. Knowledge of payroll procedures and related compliance laws for the Maharashtra Location.
5. Familiarity with payroll software/ HRIS (e.g. Keka) and MS Office (especially Excel).
6. An analytical mind and good calculation skills.
7. Decent communication skills (written and oral)
8. Prior experience in handling a head count of above 500 employees.
