Synergie is seeking Manufacturing Operators to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility located in Tullamarine.

Important parts

• Shift pattern: Rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
  • 6:00am 6:00pm
  • 6:00pm 6:00am
  • Rotating every 2 weeks between days and nights
• Roster: 76 hours per fortnight
• Pay rate: $33.09 per hour (day shift) shift penalties
• Location: Tullamarine VIC
• Employment type: Casual with potential for extension and future permanency
• Start date: ASAP

What you will be required to do

• Gown and work within clean room environments
• Perform facility cleaning including floors walls and ceilings
• Operate equipment through digital systems and computer-controlled processes
• Weigh and dispense salts and materials for solutions and buffers
• Conduct material transfers and restock supplies
• Monitor processes to ensure smooth manufacturing operations
• Operate benchtop equipment and support waste management activities
• Follow GMP hygiene and safety procedures at all times

To be successful in the role you will

• Have previous experience within a manufacturing environment in pharmaceutical or FMCG
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of GMP practices
• Have experience working within a medium to large organisation
• Be comfortable working in a clean room and highly regulated environment
• Be confident using digital systems and computer-operated equipment
• Have strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict procedures
• Be reliable adaptable and able to work rotating day/night shifts
• Ability to clear National Police Check
• Have full working rights in Australia with no visa restrictions preferred
• Have reliable transport to travel to Tullamarine
