What Youll Do
- Lead mentor and develop a high-performing F&I team
- Maximize finance and insurance profitability while maintaining compliance
- Work closely with sales management to structure deals and drive results
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and OEM partners
- Ensure full compliance with all federal state and lender regulations
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience in every deal
- Monitor product penetration CIT and deal flow to drive continuous improvement
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Director or Senior F&I Manager
- Strong track record of high PVR and product penetration
- Deep knowledge of compliance lender relations and deal structuring
- Leadership mindset with the ability to build and coach a team
- High energy accountability and a results-driven approach
- Strong communication and organizational skills
