About the role
AsConsumer Business Insights & Analytics (CBIA)Lead for India Sub-Continentyou will be responsible to drive the overall power of combined Insight and Analytics capabilities to accelerate business performance through identified consumer and customer-ledopportunitiesresulting in strong growth for Haleon.
This role reports directly tothe Head of will lead a team of5individuals guiding them to deliver impactful insights and analytics that inform strategic decisions across the organization.
You will be instrumental in shaping thestrategy andlearning agenda driving innovation development and embedding deep human and market understanding to foster profitable growth andestablishindustry-leading thinking within the CBIA function.
Keyresponsibilities
- Determineinsight needs and research prioritiesin collaboration with Operating Unit President Head of Categories Head of Portfolio & Performance Management and Functions.
- Full ownership and accountability for the creation and delivery of theinsight servicesincluding Innovation Development Connections development white space identificationbrandand activity performance & understanding as well asleveragingthe power of analytics both traditional and digital to drive impactful & influence decision-making.
- Lead the identification offuture growth opportunities through landscape and trend analysisacross Categoriesas well asleveragingtraditional and digital analytics to understand and exploit areas of growth.
- Inspire and steer product & commercial innovation in collaboration withCategory CBIA Leads.
- Lead key agency relationships in the area creating senior level engagement and strategic level thinking to support and drive growth.
- Leverage deep experience in I&A to craft growth-driving insight and recommendations to theOperating Unit LTandGlobal CBIA LT from a broad range of Insight Analytics and Digital Analytics methodologies.
- Be a key advisor and business partnerfor OU President Head of Portfolio & Performance Management Head of Categories and Brand Leadsbyensuringthat Deep Human Understanding & Deep Market Understandingareat the heart of allOUdecisions.
- Play a critical role as member of the Global CBIA Leadership Team helping toestablishindustry-leading thinking across the business as a senior leader in CBIA.
Additionalresponsibilities
- Lead and manage theteam ensuring prioritization and focus against key strategic business drivers and collation of team output to influence and drive decision-making at local and regional management level.
- Develop talent pipeline forCBIA ensuring all team members are performing toa high levelof performance.

Basic Qualifications:
- Significant proven experience inbusiness insights and analytics inthe consumer goods industry
- Extensive experience and understanding from working within a commercial environment specifically within the creation and application of insights & analytics for growth
- Strongtrack recordof partnering with commercial/Functionteams to achieve business objectives
- Experience in driving innovation development and evaluation based on deep consumer shopper and expert understanding
- Demonstrable experienceoperatingwithin a leadership teamwith proven experiencein leading and developing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects with successful outcomes within a matrix organization
- Highly developed commercial acumen with experience in P&L/budget management

- A track recordof transforming capabilities and embedding world-class practices within an insights function
- Demonstrated success in managing agency relationships and fostering senior-level engagement
- Ability to enable and drive change resilience andtenacity
