Position: People & Culture Coordinator
Location: In Office 2168 Springfield Road
Term: Approx. 15 months - Maternity Leave Coverage ending September 2027
Role Type: Full-time Monday Friday
Salary: $55000 - $60000; depending on experience

We are currently seeking a highly organized people-focused and proactive individual to join our team as a People & Culture Coordinator. Reporting to the General Manager this role will support recruitment onboarding employee programs workplace safety initiatives and performance management systems across the organization.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships supporting employees and helping create a positive and engaged workplace culture.

Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment initiatives including job postings interviews offers and onboarding
- Manage candidates through the Applicant Tracking System
- Attend career fairs and build relationships with schools and community partners
- Support department leaders with performance management processes and updates
- Coordinate WCB reporting documentation and incident investigations
- Participate as a member of the Health & Safety Committee
- Work closely with the Payroll & Benefits Administrator on employee-related processes
- Maintain employee files documentation and internal records
- Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
Qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years direct experience with recruitment and onboarding will be given preference
- Basic knowledge of WCB processes and reporting is considered a strong asset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset
