We are seeking candidates who bring a combination of strong analytical skills creativity and experience in building scalable systems for outbound marketing campaigns. Ideal backgrounds include: Growth Marketing Demand Generation Enterprise Marketing Revenue Marketing: Experience in content creation and ideating campaigns that drive pipeline growth with a focus on innovative and scalable marketing strategies. You could also be the first marketers at small startups or at an equivalent technical role like biz ops/strategy with experience building from 0 to 1.
About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Manager to own our B2B growth efforts. As aGrowth Manager youll be part of a high-performing this role youll lead pipeline generation and acquisition strategy for our core product suite. Youll build and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs and work closely with sales leadership to shape and scale our go-to-market strategy. This is a highly visible high-autonomy role that offers the opportunity to directly influence our growth in one of our most strategic verticals.
Responsibilities:
Pipeline Generation & Strategy: Develop and execute strategies that drive pipeline growth through ABM for enterprise and global accounts. You will get a large set of accounts that are of strategic importance to our growth. You will be in charge of the budget and the entire strategy to help our sales team win these logos.
Scalable Infrastructure: Design and manage a scalable repeatable framework for automated and ABM campaigns. Ensure seamless execution across multiple marketing channels to maximize impact and performance.
Audience & Data Strategy: Own the data strategy for audience segmentation intent signal identification and the optimization of demand capture programs. Leverage data to create highly targeted marketing efforts that drive engagement and conversions.
Campaign Execution & Optimization: Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaignsfrom planning to execution to performance analysis. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns running experiments to improve outcomes and reporting key metrics.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B marketing ideally focusing on specific accounts.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales marketing operations and product teams.
Proficiency in data analysis knowledge of SQL and Excel preferred.
Experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns and optimizing performance.
4-year undergraduate degree (quantitative field of study strongly preferred)
2 - 4 years of relevant work experience including from a private equity firm investment banking strategic consulting a startup or equivalent highly preferred
B2C or B2B Growth hacking/startup experience
Self-starter approach willing to take responsibility and own projects from day 1
Ability to analyze and understand numbers data and patterns (Excel proficiency is a must)
Ability to think outside-the-box and be creative
