Position: Permanent Part-Time Position (Term-Time and Vacation Care)

Salary: $66674 (Includes superannuation)

• Before School Care: 6:45 am to 8:45 am
• After School Care: 2:45 pm to 6:30 pm
• Hours: Monday to Friday (28 hours and 45 minutes per week). Guaranteed all school days and Vacation Care.
• Leaves: Annual leave applies.
• Travel: Work close to home.

Key Responsibilities

As our OSHC Service Coordinator you will:

• Build Trust: Instill confidence and build strong relationships within the school community.
• Faithfully Embody: Respect and align with the schools faith-based values and ethos during interactions with children families and school staff.
• Champion Quality: Work with your Area Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our expert compliance team.
• Be the Visionary: Youre the leader of the service! Youll plan and program epic crafts science experiments sports tournaments fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do!
• Inspire and Deliver: Enriching and intentional play-based programs that foster engagement creativity and quality learning.
• Chef it up: Prepare healthy tasty breakfast and afternoon tea.
• Safety First Fun Always: Lead a safe inclusive environment while every child feels important.

What You Bring to the Mix

• The Qualification: Youve got (or are studying toward) a Diploma Bachelors masters in early childhood Primary Teaching or School Aged Care Youth Work Community Services and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved!
• The Essentials: A valid Working with Children Check Child Protection Training Certificate Food Safety Handler First Aid CPR Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain).
• Master Connector: Whether youre engaging with a curious child empowering an Educator or navigating a high-level meeting with school leadership you build trust and connection in minutes.
