Introduction

Leads and oversees endtoend execution of strategic custom silicon customer programs including MCUs MPUs and radarclass SoCs for customers (Automotive Industrial Aerospace & Defense etc..). Manages a global team of Customer Program Managers and serves as the senior execution interface between customers and GlobalFoundries/MIPS crossfunctional teams.

Your Job

• Own full lifecycle execution of customerspecific silicon programs from early engagement through SOP volume ramp and sustaining.

• Lead and scale a global Customer Program Management organization supporting multiple customers and products.

• Serve as the primary executive contact for automotive Tier1 customers on program delivery execution status and escalations.

• Drive alignment across MIPS IP design enablement engineering manufacturing quality supply chain and commercial teams.

• Establish and run program governance milestones KPIs and risk management for complex multiyear custom products.

• Ensure programs meet customer commitments quality and safety expectations and financial objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or related field. PhD will be beneficial.

• 15 years experience in semiconductor deliveries (design house or vendor management)

• Proven success managing automotiveclass customer programs through full silicon lifecycles.

• Demonstrated leadership of global matrixed teams.
