Job Summary
Come join our team! Honda of Greeley is seeking a lot technician!
The Lot Technician will maintain assigned areas of the property and grounds while assisting with various errands and duties.
FLSA: non-exempt (hourly)
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Performs light maintenance tasks and services throughout the assigned property.
- Assists with the cleaning of vehicles for customer delivery.
- Performs limited grounds maintenance such as mowing and trimming lawns and hedges and cleaning snow from sidewalks can operate plow vehicle is needed.
- Examines property for safety hazards; reports problems to Management or other appropriate staff.
- Must stay up to date on all company and manufacturer required trainings throughout employment with the company.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Thorough understanding of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
- Detail-oriented and thorough.
- Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance.
- Ability to keep the property clean and orderly.
- Good interpersonal skills with polite and courteous demeanor toward staff customers clients and visitors to the property.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
- At least one year of similar experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing.
- Must be able to lift bend stoop climb reach and lift up to 50 pounds.
