What will I be doing
As a Communications Operator you would be responsible for answering and responding to internal and external calls in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues via telephone in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Provide information and demonstrate knowledge of all hotel facilities and services
- Respond to emergencies and document and relay comprehensive accurate information to proper parties in emergency situations
- Accept and deliver all messages promptly and accurately utilizing proper grammar and spelling
- Operate office equipment including but not limited to computers PBX system fax machine e-mail etc.
Classification:Full-Time
Shift: Various must be available to weekdays weekends and holidays.
Pay Rate:The pay rate for this role is $30.25 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

Union Position: This position is part of the Local 25 Union which requirescomplete open availability. We arenot able to accommodate schedule restrictions and full-time hours are not guaranteed. Hours and schedule are based on seniority and business needs and may be minimal at times until seniority is established. You must be comfortable with a schedule and hours that may vary from week to week.
