Become a Key Player as a Value Stream Manager

You will lead a manufacturing value stream to drive safe efficient and profitable operations for the organization. You will partner with Value Stream Leaders Process Engineering Quality and shop-floor teams to implement Lean strategies manage P&L outcomes and improve flow. Onsite (1st shift 7:00am3:30pm) in Glendale AZ.

Heres How Youll Make an Impact on the Team

• Lead day-to-day operations of the value stream to meet daily monthly quarterly and yearly targets
• Implement and sustain Lean/POP methods to increase productivity reduce lead times and cut operating costs
• Own Value Stream P&L including cost analysis margin improvement PPV goals and manufacturing productivity
• Coordinate production control establish manufacturing priorities and synchronize activities with off-shift management and shipping
• Create continuous product flow using pull systems and workload leveling where appropriate
• Develop and manage Team Leaders associates and cross-training programs to ensure coverage and quality-first problem solving
• Use PDCA Tracking Centers and Team Improvement Boards to drive continuous improvement and ensure standardized work and safety compliance
• Collaborate with division staff to develop future-state value stream maps and manage implementation plans

Heres What Youll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) or equivalent
• 35 years of progressive professional experience with leadership of projects and teams of considerable size scope and complexity
• Experience with P&L ownership or financial accountability preferred
• Background in manufacturing operations inventory control strategic planning and basic accounting/PC skills
• Demonstrated team-building and communication skills; ability to assess and develop individual and team capabilities
• Experience with Lean process improvements and implementation

Pay Range

$110K - $115K Plus Bonus/year
