We are working with a well-established architectural practice in Hertfordshire that is seeking to appoint an Architect to strengthen its delivery team across a diverse range of projects.

This role offers the opportunity to take a more hands-on position within project teams contributing to both design development and technical delivery across all RIBA stages within a collaborative studio environment.

Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:

Lead and support the design and delivery of projects across multiple RIBA stages
Prepare and develop planning and building regulation submissions
Coordinate with consultants and liaise with clients contractors and local authorities
Produce high-quality design technical drawings and project documentation
Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and relevant planning policy

Key Requirements for this Architect role:

RIBA Part 3 qualified (or equivalent)
Experience working within a UK architectural practice
Proficiency in AutoCAD with Revit highly desirable
Strong design and technical understanding across all RIBA stages
Confident communicator with the ability to manage elements of projects independently
