How Youll Make an Impact
As a General Manager at a Hilton property youre not just leading hotel operations youre spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead with Hiltons commitment to exceptional hospitality: Oversee all hotel operations to deliver warm reliable and hospitable service-ending every guest experience is seamless consistent and reflective of the brands high standards
- Drive performance and profitability: Manage revenue budgets and cost controls to achieve financial targets while balancing operational efficiency with innovative guest experiences
- Oversee property priorities: Lead capital projects refurbishments and service initiatives to maintain operational excellence and brand alignment
- Set and execute strategic direction: Shape short- and long-term goals making decisions in the best interests of the hotel the Hilton brand and Hiltons long-term vision
- Inspire and develop talent: Provide visionary leadership to the executive team and all Team Members embedding Hiltons values and fostering a team of passionate and creative professionals
- Strengthen communication and collaboration: Hold regular briefings with the Heads of Department (HOD) team and maintain strong relationships with owners auditors and Hilton stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability
- Commit to continuous improvement: Uphold and exceed Hilton service standards respond to audits proactively and drive innovation and operational integrity across the business

The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on leader with a strong focus on owner relations commercial performance and operational excellence. To successfully fill this role you should maintain the attitude behaviours skills and values that follow:
- Demonstrated success as a General Manager leading a full service upscale Hilton hotel with diverse F&B venues and a significant conference and events operation
- Experience with managing renovation and subsequent repositioning is an advantage as is previous London market exposure
- Strong owner relationship management skills and being a confident credible presenter capable of engaging an ownership group through professional use of presentation technology
- Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences that reflect the brand promise
- A track record of driving innovative commercial growth particularly in food drink
- Highly visible leadership style that builds strong teams partnerships and networks
- Strong business acumen in budget management revenue forecasting and strategic planning
- Resilience sound judgment and the ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
