Job Summary: |
Ability to read basic blueprints/mechanical drawings knowledge of AS9100 and FAI requirements and documentation set up operate and maintenance of CNC machines. Perform measurement tasks utilizing measurement devices (caliper micrometer gauges CMM) and ability to troubleshoot and repair damaged parts and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: |
High school diploma or equivalent education training and/or related work experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience setting up CNC machine (Haas DMG Mazak Mill and DMG lathe)
Knowledge of setting up 4/5 axis lathe with live tool/Y axis and operate CMM inspection machine is a plus
Knowledge of CNC programming G code and controls (Fanuc Mazatrol Haas)
Basic computer skills and strong verbal/written communication skills
Must be able to work with ITAR products and related data without restriction
Ability to lift weight: 50 lbs daily
