Role summary

Position Core objective is to drive and enable our next phase of best-in-class business operations: scale our business initiatives for growth and retention by representing customer needs in x-functional operational aspects.

Youd get us there by being business development and strategy thinker with strong analytics skills project lead and data-driven mindset. Youd succeed by being able to identify and close the gap between current state to desired one.

As Senior Business Operations Manager you will independently own impactful projects and initiatives end-to-end. They will emerge from data voice of our customers from our people on the ground and in general from cross-business units across Payoneer.

Youll be asked to lead these projects and initiatives while in most cases the actual solution will be driven by other departments. Youll be responsible for keeping ROI in mind and balancing quick wins with core initiatives that support our long-term growth strategy.

Youll partner with business units across Payoneer to drive business operational excellence through building clear improvement. For this youd be analyzing the data calculating the required resources for your initiatives and be accountable for their cross-company execution. Youll do all this whilst also keeping cost and risk implications in mind and in an environment of competing demands for resources and frequent re-prioritizations.

The issues you will be dealing with will be central and with high potential to impact the business positively done you will be the owner driving multiple cross-functional teams and senior management to get things done fast and with high quality.

Your actions and progress will be clearly measured by increase of our revenues or a reduction in our losses.

Who you are -

• At least 5 years experience in business development/ business operation/ sales operation/ program management.
• Deep understanding of the Payoneer flows policies and decision makers.
• Data oriented possesses a high level of attention to detail with strong analytical and business reasoning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven experience of working with senior management including C-level.
• Demonstrated experience working with and presenting to senior executives.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• Leading global projects from discovery to execution
• Working in a dynamic environment establishing relationships with global teams
• Collecting and translating feedback from both customers and different business teams across various touch points identifying processes and areas that need improvements and recommending solutions to improve the business infrastructure processes reports etc.
• End to end tracking of the business and operational metrics and delivering insights to the business and management on an ongoing basis
• Establishing and maintaining cross-functional communication and working procedures with internal key stack holders.
