Work Schedule:
100% FTE Days. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. This is a hybrid position with possible weekly onsite requirements. When in-person you will work at 8501 Excelsior Drive in Madison WI. This will be discussed in the interview process.

We are seeking a Data Quality Specialist to:
- Communicate with other departments internally and with external organizations to update provider routing information.
- Research missing provider and/or facility contact information and follow up accordingly.
- Monitor electronic medical record for failed documentation and research accordingly for appropriate routing.

Education:
- Minimum - General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Preferred - High School Diploma.
Work Experience:
Preferred
- Six months of work experience in a records-oriented setting.
- One-year experience in a clinical or Health Information Management Department of a large health care facility.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Preferred - RHIT or RHIA preferred.
