As a Security Officer Perimeter Patrol in Westborough MA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a dynamic chemical and petrochemical location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas conduct routine rounds and remain visible to help reduce security-related this role you will support site personnel and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication while reflecting Allied Universals values of agility reliability innovation teamwork and integrity.

Pay Rate: $19.65 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to all persons at the location while carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings production-adjacent areas parking areas and perimeter locations reporting unusual conditions and/or potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees visitors and/or contractors in accordance with location protocols for a chemical and petrochemical environment.
• Support compliance with location rules by observing for suspicious activity policy violations and/or operational concerns that could impact people property or business continuity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
