This role takes full ownership of the business Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) and associated linked systems: using AI shaping workflows automation reporting and integrations to improve accuracy performance and profitability across the agency.

Alongside this you will support day-to-day operations including compliance front-of-house activity and client interaction within a busy office environment.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Technical Operations Manager:

  • Own and develop the CRM including workflows configuration and data integrity
  • Design and implement automation across onboarding viewings sales progression and lettings processes
  • Manage integrations across AML e-signature platforms portals communications and calendars
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards covering KPIs pipeline activity and conversion metrics
  • Oversee compliance administration including AML checks material information and regulatory documentation
  • Support front-of-house activity including enquiries viewings and client interaction within the office

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

  • Strong technical ability with proven experience managing CRM or similar business systems
  • Experience building workflows automation and structured operational processes
  • Understanding of system integrations and how business tools connect end-to-end
  • Experience with APIs webhooks or similar technical concepts (desirable)
  • Awareness of AI and automation tools and their practical business application
  • Strong administrative capability with high attention to detail and process accuracy
  • Confident communicator able to engage professionally with clients landlords and colleagues
  • Background in estate agency is not essential; experience in operations within structured service-led environments is highly transferable
