What you will be doing:

• Handle all reservation inquiries via phone email and online channels in a timely and professional manner
• Provide detailed information about rooms rates packages and hotel services
• Accurately input modify and manage reservations in the Property Management System (e.g. Opera Cloud)
• Maximize revenue opportunities through upselling and promoting hotel offerings
• Maintain a strong understanding of hotel availability promotions and policies
• Ensure all guest preferences special requests and VIP notes are properly documented and communicated
• Collaborate with Front Office Sales and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Monitor reservation accuracy and ensure compliance with company standards
• Handle cancellations changes and billing inquiries with professionalism and care

• Follow Forbes Five-Star service standards in all guest interactions
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in a reservations front office or customer service role preferably in a luxury hotel environment
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Opera Cloud or similar reservation systems is an asset
• Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-focused mindset
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
