Job Summary
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Long-Term Care (Night Shift)
Location: Gifford IL
Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $30 to $35/hour (Based on experience)
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights Hours: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM Schedule: 3 shifts/week every other weekend Hours/Week: 36
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Gifford IL.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care overnight according to resident care plans.
- Administer medications monitor resident conditions and report changes.
- Document nursing care in PCC electronic charting system.
- Collaborate with RNs and CNAs to maintain high-quality resident care.
- Participate in facility orientation and shadowing as required.
- Maintain compliance with infection control and safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Illinois.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
- Experience in LTC or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Ability to work night 12-hour shifts with weekend rotation.
- Strong communication teamwork and clinical skills.
