Formation:

Vous préparez un BTS SIO ou équivalent.

Compétences:

• Bonne maîtrise de lenvironnement Windows

• Aisance avec les outils du pack Office

• Connaissances de base en réseaux et systèmes seraient un plus

• Permis B obligatoire pour ce poste

• Bonne capacité danalyse et de synthèse

• Bon niveau rédactionnel

• Bonne élocution

• Sens et respect du service client

• Capacité découte et dadaptation

• Savoir travailler en équipe
