Senior Architectural Technician

We are a well-established business focused on retail and commercial projects with more than 35 years in the market and 9 office locations across Australia New Zealand the United Kingdom India and Brazil. We are looking for a technically talented Senior Architectural Technician/Senior Revit Documenter to join our team in Brisbane. This is a permanent full-time role for someone with a strong understanding of architectural documentation in Revit and the ability to liaise with multiple internal and external clients across Australia and New Zealand.

As aSenior Architectural Technician/Senior Revit Documenteryou:

Ideally have at least 510 years experience working on retail and commercial projects.

• Have a minimum of 5 years professional experience in architectural documentation and construction projects.
• Have strong knowledge of construction in the commercial sector.
• Have a proven ability to produce high-quality construction documentation using Revit (AutoCAD experience also highly regarded).
• Feel confident taking projects from town planning phases through to full architectural documentation with a solid understanding of building construction the BCA and experience in site surveys and measurements.
• Enjoy knowledge sharing mentoring and training team members and willingly take more junior staff under your wing.
• Have a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Are able to work both autonomously and as a member of a small medium or large team meeting deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Are able to organise and prioritise work with excellent time management.
• Are a proactive self-motivated individual who is adaptable to a fast-paced workplace.
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships within the company and with clients.
• Have a drive to learn are open to new ways of working and strive for quality and excellence in all aspects of your work.
• Possess any recognised tertiary qualification in architecture building design or related field.
• Have good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel and a current drivers licence.
• Are fluent with Revit (and highly competent in AutoCAD).
