What The Role Involves

This is not a campaign manager role. This is not run LinkedIn ads and report CPL. This is a role for someone who wakes up thinking about compounding growth loops who sees AI not as a tool to speed up existing work but as a surface to build entirely new growth infrastructure.

Youll operate as a high-autonomy IC designing building and shipping growth experiments end-to-end while working closely with product content and sales to close the loop on what you build. Youll own levers that touch acquisition activation and expansion and youll be expected to move fast and think big.

What Your Impact Will Look Like:

  • Design and build AI-first growth loops Claude-powered product experiments automated distribution pipelines and onboarding flows that sell

  • Own PLG metrics: trial-to-paid conversion activation rates feature adoption and time-to-value and run rigorous experiments to move them

  • Use AI tools (Claude GPT etc.) not just to save time but to unlock growth vectors that werent possible before personalization content at scale intent-driven outreach

  • Identify and build growth loops that compound: referral mechanics community-led growth integration partnerships marketplace presence

  • Work with product to ship growth features or PLG tools

  • Collaborate with content demand gen and SDR teams to close the loop between top-of-funnel and revenue

What Youll Bring To The Team:

You have 2-3 years in growth ideally in a PLG or product-led sales environment and youve shipped experiments with real impact not just managed campaigns someone else built. Beyond the experience heres what makes you the right fit:

  • Youre AI-native: LLMs are a core part of how you work and you think about AI as a way to build new growth mechanisms not just move faster

  • Youve built something that compounds before- a programmatic SEO engine a referral loop inside a product an intent-based outbound system that scaled or a free tool that drove users to a larger product

  • You can write: positioning cold hooks in-app messaging narratives - you understand that words convert

  • Youre analytically sharp: funnel math is intuitive you know the difference between signal and noise and vanity metrics dont fool you

  • Youve used tools like Clay Apollo Amplitude HubSpot Segment or Webflow and youre always adding new ones to your stack

  • You can operate as a true IC: take a vague problem structure it run the experiment ship -without hand-holding

  • You understand (or are excited to learn) the compliance and developer/security buyer persona

This probably isnt the right role if:

  • You need a large team or agency behind you to execute

  • Your north star is MQLs and impressions not activation and revenue

  • You prefer defined playbooks over writing them from scratch
