Position Overview
As a Seasonal Horticultural Assistant you will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining the clubs ornamental landscapes gardens and clubhouse grounds. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outside takes pride in their work and has an interest in horticulture or landscape management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planting maintenance and care of annuals perennials shrubs and ornamental beds
• Watering fertilizing pruning and deadheading plant material
• Mulching weeding and maintaining clean well-defined landscape beds
• Supporting seasonal color rotations and landscape enhancements
• Assisting with irrigation tasks and monitoring plant health
• Maintaining a high standard of detail and presentation throughout club grounds

Qualifications

• Interest or background in horticulture landscaping or a related field preferred
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
