Were hiring German-speaking Customer Support Agents to work remotely for a well-known Swiss financial services company in the digital payments sector.

No experience No problem.

Youll receive full paid training from home all you need is motivation and strong German skills.

What Youll Be Doing

As part of the support team youll help customers with:

• Answering incoming calls and emails in German
• Explaining invoices and payment details
• Clarifying billing questions and reminder fees
• Assisting with friendly (soft) collection inquiries
• Updating customer information in internal systems
• Ensuring customers feel supported and understood

Youll be the voice of a trusted Swiss financial brand professional clear and solution-focused.

Who Were Looking For

German level C1 or higher

English level B2 (for training & internal communication)

Good basic computer skills

Friendly and communicative personality

Responsible and organized

No previous work experience required perfect for juniors!

Interest in finance or economics is a plus (but not mandatory).
