As a Trust & Safety Support Specialist you will support users of the platforms Learning services and Recruiter tools while ensuring a safe secure and high-quality user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via email regarding platform usage and subscription management
Troubleshoot administrator and license-related issues
Support Trust & Safety Privacy and Security cases
Assist with account-related requests including account merging and general platform guidance
Maintain professional written communication in French and English
Manage multiple tasks emails and chats simultaneously
Contribute to a safe and positive online environment
Requirements
French level C1 and English level B2
No previous experience required
Bachelors degree OR 2 years of experience in Risk Compliance Privacy Legal or related support roles
Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Good PC skills and MS Office knowledge
Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
