Lead inpatient pharmacy operations and clinical services in a progressive rural hospital delivering advanced patient care. This leadership role oversees pharmacy operations medication safety Epic Willow inpatient workflows regulatory compliance and staff development while supporting high-quality evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead inpatient pharmacy operations medication distribution sterile compounding ADCs inventory and controlled substances
- Ensure compliance with USP <797>/<800> Joint Commission and state/federal regulations
- Serve as pharmacy lead for Epic Willow inpatient workflows and optimization
- Support medication safety initiatives formulary management and clinical pharmacy services
- Supervise and mentor pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
- Partner with nursing providers IT and hospital leadership on medication-use processes and quality initiatives
Qualifications
- PharmD required
- Active Colorado Pharmacist License in good standing
- Hospital pharmacy leadership experience required
- Epic Willow Inpatient experience strongly preferred
- BLS & ACLS (AHA)
