Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Fort Worth TX 76244

Duration: 13 Weeks Contract

Shift: Day Shift 40 Hours/Week

Schedule:
MondayThursday: 9 Hour Shifts
Friday: 4 Hour Shift
Flexible start times and scheduling available

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a contract opportunity in a hospital outpatient rehabilitation clinic. This role requires strong pelvic health experience and the ability to independently manage outpatient caseloads in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Provide pelvic health rehabilitation and therapeutic interventions
Perform patient assessments treatment progression and functional evaluations
Develop and implement evidence-based therapy programs
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Maintain patient safety and therapy quality standards
Manage outpatient caseload independently within clinic environment
Support rehabilitation department workflow and patient scheduling

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year recent outpatient hospital PT experience (within last 3 years) required
Pelvic Health experience required
Ability to work independently without mentorship required
Current Physical Therapist license required
Strong communication and patient care skills required
English proficiency required

Required Certifications:
BLS required
Texas PT License required

Preferred:
Hospital outpatient rehabilitation experience
Pelvic floor therapy experience
Independent outpatient caseload management
