The Inside Sales Representative is an integral member of the sales and customer service team providing frontline support to both new and existing customers. This role combines customer service and inside sales responsibilities and requires a comprehensive understanding of products pricing order entry processes and industry standards. Position Overview
Were looking for a motivated people-first Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team at our Billerica headquarters. This is a dual-role position covering both inbound lead follow-up. If you love talking to people closing deals and being part of a team that actually delivers on its promises we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from contractors event coordinators municipalities and residential customers; handle calls professionally and route to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Qualify leads build quotes and close sales for portable restroom rental service agreements and related products; prepare spreadsheet-based proposals and cost estimates.
- Manage and grow an assigned account base through regular outreach check-ins and renewal conversations.
- Deliver total customer care - maintain a professional positive attitude and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by educating customers on operational standards.
- Provide product recommendations and pricing guidance across all offerings including toilets trailers sinks special event services construction seasonal and long-term rentals.
- Demonstrate full knowledge of the customer service lifecycle including order entry documentation complaint resolution inventory availability service issues and accounts receivable inquiries.
- Accurately enter customer and order information into Salesforce CRM and ServiceCore dispatching and order management systems.
- Utilize construction bidding software to identify and bid on relevant projects.
- Coordinate with operations and dispatch to ensure seamless delivery of the SOCO Service Guarantee.
- Track activity metrics and contribute to weekly sales reporting.
- Generate new sales leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Represent The Throne Depot brand with professionalism positivity and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

What Were Looking For
- 12 years of sales experience - inside sales account management or customer-facing roles preferred
- Comfortable with both inbound and outbound phone-based sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - friendly confident and clear
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a pipeline and hit targets
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer skills (Salesforce ServiceCore Microsoft Office email)
- A positive team-first attitude that fits our family-owned culture
- Experience in construction events or service industries is a plus - but not required
Position Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Minimum one year of inside sales or customer service experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience using computer-based systems including CRM platforms such as Salesforce and order management software such as ServiceCore
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Structure:
- Salary $60000 - $80000
- Commission: Earned on new business and renewals - uncapped earning potential
- Schedule: MondayFriday Full-Time
- Location: Billerica MA (in-office)
