This role is tailored for individuals who can navigate the complexities of the market onboarding and engaging with companies with high potential (including possible future unicorns) in a tech-focused environment. This involves building strong relationships driving product adoption minimizing churn and identifying opportunities for growth and advocacy within our customer base.
## Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard a portfolio of new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns for their digital marketing advertisement.
- Outbound Sales: Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services handling a high volume of potential clients daily.
- Solution Selling: Detect and understand customers objectives and offer adapted solutions for their needs.
- Campaign Management: Set up strategic results-driven campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term performance sustainability.
- Account Growth: Be responsible for increasing spend and executing campaign upselling.
- CRM Management: Create maintain and update a customer database with complete information.
## Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred) OR equivalent work experience.
- Language Skills: C2 level of Danish and C1 level of English. Multilingual abilities are a plus due to the multilingual nature of the Nordic market.
- Experience: 20 months of experience in sales and/or marketing with previous client-facing experience particularly in high-stakes environments.
Core Skills:
- Familiarity with managing customer data and using CRM tools to support business processes.
- Ability to use AI tools to support daily tasks and improve outreach strategies.
- Strong presentation and professional writing skills.
- Proactive solution-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and meet goals.
Specialized Skills for the Nordic Market:
- Market & Cultural Awareness: Clear understanding of the Nordic market including business etiquette cultural nuances and the existing digital marketing ecosystem to build rapport and trust.
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Capability to identify/target growth-potential companies and proficiency in analyzing market trends and customer data.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage complex stakeholder structures including multiple agencies and skeptical customers.
- Product Positioning: Ability to position digital ads as a valuable and integrated solution managing sophisticated questions about ROI.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Awareness of local regulations especially regarding data privacy (e.g. GDPR) ensuring compliance in all outreach activities.
