Role Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented Authorization Management Specialist to manage and monitor access rights within an Identity & Access Management (IAM) environment. The role focuses on ensuring employees have the correct level of system access while maintaining compliance security and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor user access and authorization processes
- Ensure timely and accurate granting and revocation of access rights
- Identify and mitigate risks inconsistencies and compliance issues
- Review and assess authorization requests based on established policies
- Support stakeholders with access-related queries and provide guidance
- Collaborate with business units to align access with job requirements
- Monitor changes in systems roles and organizational structures impacting access
Requirements
- Completed higher professional education (HBO level)
- Proven experience in Identity & Access Management authorizations or access control
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Risk-aware quality-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to adapt to change and work collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Lean Green Belt certification
- Prior experience in a similar organizational environment
Additional Information
- Hybrid working model with periodic on-site collaboration (Utrecht and Eindhoven)
- Initial onboarding period of approximately 8 weeks
- Availability required throughout the full contract period
