Overview
A senior coordination role focused on implementing data-driven asset management across large-scale infrastructure environments. The position supports multidisciplinary teams in transitioning toward more efficient data-informed maintenance and operational practices.
Role Purpose
Lead and coordinate a flying squad a temporary multidisciplinary team deployed to support regional asset teams in executing a structured 4-phase implementation plan for data-driven asset management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate planning and deployment of flying squad activities across multiple locations
- Develop action plans and organize collaboration between stakeholders
- Facilitate communication between operational teams and program-level leadership
- Monitor progress identify bottlenecks and drive solutions
- Contribute expertise in asset management and maintenance engineering
- Support the definition of data and information requirements for data-driven decision-making
- Promote adoption of data-driven practices and ensure knowledge sharing across teams
Key Requirements
- Higher education degree in a technical or business-related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure maintenance environments
- Minimum 10 years of experience in senior project/program or management roles
- At least 5 years of experience in asset management and/or maintenance engineering
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of data-driven approaches in asset management
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with contractor organizations
- Familiarity with infrastructure assets such as bridges tunnels locks or pumping systems
- Experience in complex change or transformation programs
- Experience in public-private collaborations
