HVAC Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Design plan and oversee the installation operation and maintenance of HVAC systems including air conditioning ventilation chilled water systems and related mechanical equipment.
• Monitor HVAC system performance and ensure efficient safe and reliable operation.
• Conduct troubleshooting root cause analysis and corrective actions to minimize system downtime.
• Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure proper execution.
• Coordinate with contractors vendors consultants and internal departments for project execution and maintenance activities.
• Review engineering drawings technical specifications and project documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Support testing commissioning and handover of HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations environmental requirements and company policies.
• Identify opportunities for system optimization energy saving and operational improvement.
• Prepare reports maintenance records and technical documentation.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering HVAC Engineering Building Services or related field.
• Minimum 35 years of relevant experience in HVAC systems facilities construction manufacturing or data center environments.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems chillers AHU FCU ventilation systems and mechanical equipment operation.
• Familiar with HVAC design standards preventive maintenance practices and troubleshooting methods.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD or related engineering software.
• Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a responsible and proactive attitude.
