Data Analynst

on-site Position: Data Analyst Bausch-White Masonry LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time on-site basis. Responsibilities: - Collect organize and analyze large datasets from various sources - Develop and maintain databases to track and report on key performance indicators - Identify trends and patterns in data to inform business decisions - Create visualizations and reports to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support - Develop and implement data quality and validation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of data - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role - Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Knowledge of masonry or construction industry is a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
