Stewart Painting Inc is actively seeking a Power Wash Technician to support residential and commercial exterior cleaning projects and prepare surfaces for professional painting work.

Position Overview

As a Power Wash Technician you will safely and efficiently perform power washing and soft washing services on homes and commercial buildings. You will help maintain our high standards of quality while representing Stewart Painting professionally on customer properties.

This role is ideal for someone who is dependable detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced hands-on environment.

A Day in the Life

You will perform low- and high-pressure washing on siding decks roofs walkways furniture and other exterior surfaces. You will mix and apply cleaning solutions scrub surfaces to achieve the best possible cleanliness and prepare areas for painting and finishing. Youll work alongside a skilled crew maintain safe and organized job sites and take pride in the quality of your work at the end of each day.

Key Responsibilities

Power Washing & Surface Preparation

• Perform power washing and soft washing on homes buildings decks roofs and walkways
• Remove dirt mildew mold and debris to prepare surfaces for painting and finishing
• Use proper techniques to avoid damage to siding wood and other materials

Equipment Operation & Maintenance

• Operate pressure washers hoses pumps and related equipment
• Mix and apply cleaning solutions according to company guidelines
• Clean maintain and properly store equipment after each use

Job Site Execution

• Set up and break down job sites efficiently
• Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment
• Follow direction from the Foreman and complete assigned tasks on schedule

Customer Interaction

• Represent Stewart Painting professionally on customer properties
• Communicate politely with customers when needed
• Respect customer property and ensure satisfaction with completed work

Safety & Compliance

• Use required PPE such as gloves eye protection and respirators when applicable
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Handle chemicals and equipment safely and responsibly

Qualifications

• Previous power washing or general labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain active throughout the workday
• Strong work ethic reliability and attention to detail
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred
• Comfortable using ladders and operating tools and equipment
