Experienced Automotive Technician

Mazda of Fort Walton Beach is seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing service department. Our modern climate-controlled shop is fully air-conditioned allowing you to work comfortably year-round and is equipped with the latest factory tools diagnostic equipment and technology to support efficient accurate repairs. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles including engine transmission electrical and drivability concerns
• Complete maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer specifications
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues efficiently
• Clearly document all work performed and recommended repairs on repair orders
• Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle status and repair needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all dealership factory and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an automotive technician (dealership experience preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• ASE certifications and/or Mazda certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Own tools required
