We are now accepting applications for a Teller Supervisor (Client Service Associate Lead) to join the team located at ourGreen Valley/Pebble branch in Henderson NV.
Essential Functions:
- Lead the daily activities of client service associates.
- Coach and counsel branch staff to improve customer service sales and operational skills by providing on-the-job training.
- Help develop action plans to meet individual and branch goals.
- Ensure the branch provides quality service while protecting against loss.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of branch operations.
- If needed supervise branch activities in the absence of or in conjunction with branch management team.
- Expand our client base through successful selling and coaching techniques including lending applications cross-selling of bank services and products and assisting clients in every area of banking.
- If needed be responsible for processing cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2 years banking cashiering customer service balancing other related experience or successful completion of company approved training.
- Advanced knowledge of cashiering balancing debits credits bank products and/or banking.
- Working knowledge of math.
- Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
- Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.
- High School diploma or equivalent.

Pay range (depending on experience): $21.50 - $23.66/hour
