Position Summary...

The Merchant-Shoes leads category strategy development and execution for the Mens Occupational Footwear category driving financial performance and customer-centric decisions across channels. This role manages supplier relationships pricing promotions and assortment planning while leveraging data insights to optimize inventory and product lifecycle management. The individual in this role also oversees team performance supports budgeting and forecasting and ensures alignment with business objectives. By fostering collaboration and operational excellence this position contributes to delivering value and enhancing the customer experience through strategic initiatives and effective category management.

• Manage profit and loss pricing promotions and inventory decisions to meet financial targets.

The annual salary range for this position is $90000.00 - $180000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
