About the Role:

The Office Assistant is responsible for helping to maintain the day-to-day operation and administrative duties. This position will perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support the facility ensuring smooth and efficient operations in a fast-paced working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to potential recruits staff fellow employees and visitors
• Assist with plant staffing and employee documentation process giving tours to potential candidates scheduling and coordination of interviews with management.
• Oversee office management tasks to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Provide relief to Scale operator to cover breaks weekends vacations as required.
• Additional administrative duties as assigned

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• HS diploma or equivalent
• Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required
• Use computers to enter data and process information
• Detail oriented in obtaining documenting and recording information from all relevant sources
• Able to function under minimal supervision.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Organized and punctual
• A positive attitude is essential
• Interact with truck drivers haulers vendors customers in a friendly and professional manner
