Job Summary
Join Our Team as a Cleaner!
We are currently looking for two part-time cleaners for a 40-floor residential building located near Brentwood Town Centre Station Burnaby.
The cleaners will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the buildings common areas ensuring a welcoming environment for residents.
Schedule
1 Cleaner (MondayFriday): 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
1 Cleaner (SaturdaySunday): 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Cleaning residential and common areas of the property
- Replenishing supplies such as soap paper towels and toilet paper
- Performing cleaning tasks including dusting mopping sweeping waxing floors and vacuuming
- Cleaning spills broken glass and other messes promptly and safely
- Coordinating duties with other cleaning staff
- Ensuring bathrooms and sanitation areas are properly maintained
- Ordering cleaning supplies as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset
- Reliable and a good communicator
- Strong time management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication in English
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Type: Part-time
Start Date: June 2026
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Work Location: Burnaby BC
