About the Role: Janitorial Floater
As aFloater you play a crucial role in our across multiple buildings stepping in where needed to ensure consistent service and a clean safe environment for support management in training new team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Cover staff shortages at various client locations
Maintain facility cleanliness to company standards
Assistsupervisors with onboarding and training new hires
Learn and support multiple site-specific cleaning procedures
Requirements:
Mustbe18 years or older
Reliable transportationisrequired
Clean driving record
Ability to work independently and stay on task without constant supervision
Strong attention to detail
Prior janitorial experience is aplus butnotrequired we provide paid training!
