Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric students in a school setting
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers parents and multidisciplinary teams
Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school and state guidelines

Requirements:

Active Arizona OT License
Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
Strong communication and collaboration skills
