We are seeking a dedicated and culturally grounded Clinical Manager to lead our Child and Family Services team. This position oversees a multidisciplinary group of child and adolescent providers including counselors behavior coaches case managers and social workers ensuring high quality trauma informed and culturally responsive care for children youth and families within our tribal community.

Who are we
The Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC) is a sovereign tribe located in the metropolitan Phoenix area. Bounded by the cities of Scottsdale Tempe Mesa and Fountain Hills the Community serves over 9000 tribal members and all people conduct business over approximately 96 square miles of residential agricultural and commercial lands as a full-service government entity.

What does the job look like
Responsibilities include providing clinical and administrative leadership and supervision managing daily operations and caseload distribution ensuring culturally aligned services collaborating with internally with Behavioral Health staff and externally with other departments and community partners leading team meetings and case consultations and supporting program development.

The ideal candidate brings strong clinical and supervisory experience along with a deep understanding of the Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Community including familiarity with cultural traditions values and community needs.

Experience working with Native American children families and communitiesespecially within a tribal settingis essential. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of Native children and families while working in a collaborative mission driven environment that values cultural respect and community wellness.

What do you need

  • A Masters degree in Social Work Counseling Psychology or closely related area.
  • An independent license (LCSW LPC LIAC LMFT) with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
  • Three (3) years full-time supervisory experience in a behavioral health service-related program and/or agency. Current ability to provide clinical supervision as outlined by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners is preferred but not required.

Special Requirements

  • May be required to work beyond normal work hours including nights weekends and holidays.
  • Due to the confidential and sensitive nature of this position the successful completion of an extensive background investigation is required.
