Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled SharePoint / Excel Developer to support business operations reporting and collaboration initiatives within a growing biotechnology organization. This role will focus on developing and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions advanced Excel reporting tools workflow automation and data management systems that support cross-functional teams including R&D Quality Regulatory Affairs and Finance.
The ideal candidate combines strong Microsoft 365 technical expertise with the ability to understand business processes in a regulated biotech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain SharePoint Online sites document libraries lists forms and workflows
- Build advanced Excel-based solutions including dashboards automation tools templates and reporting models
- Develop automated workflows using Power Automate and integrate with Microsoft 365 applications
- Create and maintain Power BI reports and data visualizations for operational and executive reporting
- Support document management version control and collaboration processes in regulated environments
- Develop VBA macros Power Query transformations and Excel automation solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Maintain data integrity security permissions and compliance standards across SharePoint environments
- Troubleshoot system issues optimize performance and provide end-user support and training
- Participate in system upgrades migrations and process improvement initiatives
- Document technical specifications workflows and user procedures
