Ability to synthesize inputs across multiple products programs and workstreams; identify gaps inconsistencies or risks; and elevate key themes priorities and impacts. Requires analytical judgment beyond compiling data or coordinating inputs.

Familiarity with cybersecurity technology or enterprise risk environments

Team members partner closely with cybersecurity leaders and cross functional teams but are responsible for self managing their work timelines and quality. Success requires comfort with ambiguity proactive problem solving and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across the organization.


Serve as the technology conduit between our application engineering team product management and operational capabilities to provide critical problem-solving and customer/employee experience support maintaining system integrity and continuously improving product quality

Collaborate closely with application engineering to understand the technical requirements system architecture and product capabilities

Analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities for process improvement and to inform strategic decisions within IT operations

Work with business units to assess and prioritize technology needs and collaborate on solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

This role is an individual-contributor analyst focused on executive-level cybersecurity portfolio reporting. The primary responsibility is to independently own leadership-ready reporting and presentations from end to end-curating inputs across cybersecurity teams applying critical thinking and translating complex information into clear decision-ready narratives for senior leaders.


The role requires Good judgment executive communication skills and the ability to synthesize portfolio-level themes risks and priorities rather than simply compiling updates. Success in this role depends on independence attention to detail and comfort operating with minimal direction while supporting high-visibility leadership and governance forums.


The Cybersecurity Portfolio Reporting Analyst will work as part of the Cybersecurity Portfolio Management team in coordinating overseeing and reporting on Americans cybersecurity initiatives. This individual will assist in the planning monitoring and reporting of cybersecurity efforts ensuring compliance with work management best practices and providing analysis on the overall cybersecurity program. The Cybersecurity Portfolio Reporting Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams including project managers cybersecurity product teams and executive stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of cybersecurity projects and initiatives and their visibility to leadership.
