4D Planner

About the role:

We are expanding our use of digital tools across projects and 4D planning plays a key role in keeping

projects aligned across time space and this role you will be instrumental in securing

clearer communication and smoother coordination as you support our stakeholders by turning schedules

and models into useful insights for our teams.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues from construction commissioning and project planning — providing

support where it’s needed and helping teams adopt digital workflows more effectively. Whether it’s

troubleshooting tools or guiding new users your expertise will make a noticeable impact in this

transformation.

This role might suit you if you’ve previously worked as: Project Planner or Scheduler BIM Coordinator or

BIM Manager Construction Engineer or Site Manager Digital Construction Specialist 4D Planner 4D

Modeler Synchro 4D Technician.

How you might spend your days (Main Roles & Responsibilities)

As a 4D Professional you’ll be responsible for:

Using Synchro 4D Pro and Synchro Control to create and manage 4D models for projects in

Denmark.

Connecting Primavera P6 schedules to 3D models aiming for as much automation as possible.

Updating 4D models to reflect frequent design and schedule changes.

Producing clear 4D simulations and visualizations to support project planning and execution.

Sharing 4D outputs and insights with project teams primarily working remotely from India.

Supporting the adoption of 4D planning tools and best practices within the team.

The miles you’ve walked (Education and Work Experience)

You have a background in engineering architecture construction management or a related

field.

You have 5 years of hands-on experience with 4D planning tools such as Synchro 4D Pro

Navisworks or similar.

You understand project scheduling (Primavera P6) and how it connects to 3D models.

You’ve worked on large-scale construction projects as an Engineer BIM Manager/Coordinator

Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) developer or similar roles.

You’re fluent in English and comfortable presenting your work to diverse audiences. Therefore
