• Skilled at translating multifaceted business needs into clear actionable and testable requirements that align teams across business technology compliance and external partners.
• Proven success leading full solution delivery from requirements through testing implementation and post go live support while maintaining a strong focus on risk regulatory obligations and operational readiness.
• Specialized in validating test results across complex payment platforms ensuring accuracy compliance and readiness before deployment.
• Experienced in driving coordination across cross functional teams vendors tools and environments to deliver
• Skilled at identifying defects early in the delivery cycle analyzing root causes and driving timely resolution across cross functional teams.
• Proficient understanding of high value payment systems messages and settlement methods such as Canada Lynx SWIFT and Fedwire.
