About the Role
Our Groundskeepers are the guardians of curb appeal and first impressions. From sunup to sundown youll keep the property looking its best creating a clean safe and welcoming environment that residents are proud to call home.

What Youll Do

• Patrol and maintain the community grounds removing trash and debris.
• Clean and refresh common areas such as walkways courtyards and amenity spaces.
• Ensure trash bins and pet stations are emptied and in good condition.
• Report maintenance needs or safety hazards promptly to the team.
• Support the maintenance crew with make-ready projects and seasonal tasks.
