About the Role

We arecurrently looking to fill aFieldService Engineerpositionto joinourMelbournebranch. The successful candidate willbe responsible forthe installation and support of Colour and B&Wprintequipmentand ancillary products with associated software & services solutions.

As a member of theVictoriaService Team you will ensure customer satisfaction throughon siteCorrective and Preventative maintenance on customer equipmentreporting to theVICStateService Delivery Manager.

Previousexperience in the print industry although desirable is not essential for the right candidate looking to start their career in a hands-on technical role with fantastic learning and development opportunities.

Key Requirements:

To be qualified for this position ideally your background and skills willcompriseof the following:

• Your strong technical aptitude troubleshooting skills and professional approach as well as a positive attitude in dealing with customers are essential attributes for this role.
• A keen desire to learn and apply new skills will be encouraged in the Konica Minolta environment that fosters continuous employee development.
• Applicants mustpossessa strong mechanical / electrical aptitude along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proventrack recordof excellent customer service ensuring to go above and beyond

Essential Requirements for this Role:

• Demonstrated experience a similar roleand/or networkITand technical knowledge/understanding

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong customer service skills

• Excellent organisation and time management skills

• Drivers Licenceand Working with Children Check
