Job Description & Summary:We are looking for aseasonedSAPTesting Lead
Responsibilities:
The Testing Lead is responsible for overseeing the software testing process ensuring product quality and leading a team of QA engineers. This role involves planning designing and executing test strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Mandatory skill sets:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field
510 years of experience in software testing/QA
Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC
Experience with test management tools (e.g. JIRA TestRail)
Hands-on experience in automation tools (e.g. Selenium Cypress)
Good understanding of API testing and performance testing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Preferred skill sets:
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
Certifications like ISTQB (advanced level preferred)
Experience with performance tools like JMeter
Years of experience required:
7-10 Yrs
